All products and services provided by Heads and Tails Engravings are intended for display and off-road use only. Any other use of these products and services is solely at the customer’s discretion. By purchasing from or using this website, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

This website is operated by Heads and Tails Engravings. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Heads and Tails Engravings. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including but not limited to browsers, vendors, customers, and contributors of content.

All engraved products, including but not limited to mirrors and taillights, are sold for off-road and display purposes only. Use of these products on public roads may violate local, state, or federal laws. We assume no responsibility for misuse. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations when using our products.

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. You may not use our products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. Any violation of these Terms may result in the immediate termination of service.

SECTION 3 - MODIFICATIONS TO PRODUCTS, SERVICES, & PRICES
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. We shall not be held liable for any price change, modification, suspension, or discontinuance of products or services.

SECTION 4 - PRODUCTS & CUSTOM WORK
All products are custom made and may vary slightly from images displayed online. We do not guarantee that your device’s display of colors, finishes, or textures will be accurate. All custom orders are final and cannot be refunded once production begins, unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any design submitted for engraving does not violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. Heads and Tails Engravings assumes no liability for infringement arising from customer-provided designs.

SECTION 5 - WARRANTY / LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Heads and Tails Engravings is not responsible for any damages, citations, accidents, or legal consequences arising from the use or misuse of our products. Products are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to performance, durability, or fitness for any particular purpose. We do hope to offer warranties for our lights in the future.

In no event shall we, our employees, or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Customers assume all responsibility for ensuring their use of our products complies with local, state, and federal regulations.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF INFORMATION & BILLING
While we make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In our sole discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders using the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make changes to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the e-mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions. It is your responsibility to promptly update your account details, including your e-mail address, billing address, and payment information, so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 7 - SHIPPING AND RISK OF LOSS
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon shipment. Customers are responsible for inspecting items upon delivery and notifying us of any shipping damage immediately.

SECTION 8 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Heads and Tails Engravings, its owners, employees, and affiliates, from any claim or demand arising from your misuse of our products, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

SECTION 9 - USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, & OTHER SUBMISSIONS
If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions, such as contest entries, or without a request, you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, “comments”), you agree that we may, at any time and without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and otherwise use in any medium any comments you provide. We are under no obligation to maintain any comments in confidence, pay compensation for any comments, or respond to any comments.

We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, edit, or remove content that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or content that violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.

You agree that your comments will not violate any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality, or other personal or proprietary rights. You further agree that your comments will not contain unlawful, abusive, or obscene material, or any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or related websites.
