How long is the turn around time for a Custom Mirror?
From start to finish the whole process can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to get back to you. A majority of that time will be engraving and transit.
Where do you ship from?
All of our packages are shipped out of Northern Kentucky.
Will the Mirrors from the drops be available again?
Yes, depending on the drop, specific mirrors will eventually be available in Made To Order! If a collection is extremely popular or we receive enough inquires, we may add them to our Made To Order storefront sooner.
How often are the drops?
Our mirrors drop the first Saturday of every month at 6pm eastern time.

Is it legal?
We can not claim that our services are "legal" and want to clarify that our engraved lights are intended for off-road and cosmetic use only. That said, if you are concerned about legality, our customizations are comparable to having your windows tinted. It depends on your location and how strictly local law enforcement enforces vehicle modifications. That said, none of our customers have had any issues so far!
What is the average turn around time?

What do you use to coat your Tail Lights?
We use a 2K clear coat suitable for plastics. This insures durability and flex for when the plastic lens expands and contracts, to avoid cracking or peeling.
Do they have a set price?
There is a set Price Chart that helps navigate what your total could be. Factors including; the size of your lights, quantity, complexity of the design, add ons, such as glitter and tint, as well as shipping can all affect the price. Will the engraving damage my lights?
Nope! We are careful to look over your lights both before they are shipped and once we receive them. This allows us to make sure they’re in the proper condition to engrave and helps us determine how deep to etch. After engraving, we also seal with a durable 2K clear coat to properly protect the newly exposed plastic.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We are able ship internationally so anyone can have their lights personalized.
Can you engrave my lights if they are cracked or oxidized?
We do not engrave lights that have cracks or significant oxidation. If a light is already cracked or faded, the integrity of the plastic is likely compromised. This means it may not hold up well to engraving and could worsen, even after being sealed.
Are there different glitter options?
Absolutely! Just let us know what color you’d like and we’ll do our best to have one ready for your project.
Are the Tail Lights included?
No, the physical Tail Lights are not included, you can either ship the current set you have or have new ones ordered and shipped to our PO Box. We can also order for you and add the cost to your invoice. Your vehicle's VIN number will be required to be 100% sure they are compatible with your vehicle.
