Tail Light Order Process

Step 1.
Fill out our Inquiry Form located under the sub category Lights in the dropdown menu.

Step 2.
We'll look over your submitted form and get back to you with a quote. If you're happy with everything, you'll receive an invoice for your full bill through e-mail.
Note: This will exclude the shipping costs to return the lights, a separate bill will be issued once they are engraved and ready to return.

Step 3.
Once you've been issued an invoice and the payment is approved, the design process begins while your lights are being shipped, or ordered by us if that option was chosen.

Step. 4
Once the lights are received, before any engraving is done, a quick check in will be made to ensure the final design is approved and placement is correct.

Step 5.
Once completed, your newly engraved lights will be packaged and shipped back to you!

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Customers will receive two separate invoices. The first invoice will include all costs except the return shipping fee. Once we receive your lights, we will measure and weigh the package(s) to determine the exact return shipping cost. At that point, a second invoice for the shipping fee will be emailed to you. This second payment must be completed before your lights are shipped back.
